Has PROXY granted you permission? Back at the Hive Workshop, you must credit the author for using his resources. Better yet, you must either ask the author directly if you can borrow his resource, or if the author is absent ask one of the moderators to contact him on your behalf. However, publishing other people's things and not giving credit, whether changes were made or not, is a big no-no.
No proud words intended, but when I want to "adjust something" or "borrow someone's resource," I must always ask them for permission--sometimes even verify with the moderators. At least I'm giving them a heads-up on what I'm doing.
I myself am not a moderator, but I know of one named General Frank. If you were affiliated with the Hive, and he catches you posting other people's things, he will get angry. At the least, he'll consider it stolen content. It's exactly what you did with the "Cart with a mountain of corpses" model in the first place, and I don’t even mean turning it from living to undead. You should read the rules about posting other people's resources on XGM.
