Open the model and click the - Edit tab
Select all vertices of the model
Select tab - Optimize - Simplify Keyframes
I recommend choosing the values as in my screenshot.

It happens that after the Mdlivis program it knocks out the shadows and they become ugly. In order to fix this you need - Recalculate Normals
Select by default (you can choose a number from 0 to 180 yourself and see the difference) and check the box
Click Tool - Flip All Selected Faces
